Rules
- Refund requests must be submitted within 5 days of payment.
- No refunds are available after 5 days.
- Used credits are non-refundable.
- Generated images, ad posts, AI outputs, and completed generations are non-refundable once used.
- If a generation fails because of a platform error and credits are deducted, credits may be refunded automatically or manually.
- Refunds are reviewed manually by the AOTUMISHIN team.
